 Placing an order


We accept orders through 2 methods:

1. Online shopping cart - accepts all major credit and debit cards through our direct merchant banking facility, powered by WorldPay.

2. Email - primarily for those who wish to pay by Cheque or Postal Order. This is for UK customers only. Please advise us of your name, delivery address, item description & order no and the quantity of each item you require. Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to: Corbies.

Do Corbies ship internationally?

We are happy to accept international orders using credit card payment only.

Using the online shopping cart

Our Online shopping cart accepts credit card payments by Delta, Visa, Mastercard, Electron and Maestro. In addition UK buyers can also pay by Switch and Solo. All online card transactions are processed via WorldPay's secure server.


If you wish to order using the shopping cart, simply click on the 'Add to Cart' button  located beside the image of the item you require. At any time, you can view the contents of your shopping basket by clicking on the 'View Basket' link in the main menu to the left of the screen. After you have selected the items you require, click on 'View Basket' (if you aren't already on the 'My Shopping Basket' page) and click on the 'Go to Payments' button. The buttons are self-explanatory, and should guide you through to final payment.

What are the methods of online payments?

Online payments are made via our direct merchant banking facility, powered by WorldPay.

Are my details secure?

Direct credit and debit card payments are made via WorldPay.  They provide very high levels of internet and physical security to ensure sensitive information is never compromised.

What happens following my online purchase or email?

We will contact you by email within 24 hours to advise you of the delivery and despatch, enclosing an electronic invoice for your records. For those wishing to order by email, we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you of the total cost of your order, including postage & packing. In the case of cheques the estimated delivery date will be depend upon the receipt and clearance of cheques.

How long will delivery take?

Our turnaround is 72 hours, depending on method of payment and stock availability. However, it may be longer during busier periods of the trading year. If the order is urgent, please inform us and we will try our utmost to hurry it out to you. Some items are 'made to order', and may take up to 14 days to deliver. Most 'made to order' items will be delivered within 7 days. Please note that if paying by cheque, items will only be despatched following cheque clearance.
 

What if I am unhappy with my item?

Corbies are committed to customer satisfaction. We will exchange or refund the cost of any product that fails to meet our customer's quality expectation. If you are not satisfied with your item, please email us within 7 days of receipt of your item at enquiries@corbies.co.uk. Please include your order number, e-mail address you used to order and reason for dissatisfaction. We will review your request and work with you to meet your expectations.

Please note that items returned must be sent in the condition that they were received, and where appropriate, in the original packaging. Items can either be exchanged for another piece to the same value or refunded in full.

For UK customers, please obtain a certificate of posting. We regret that postage and packing costs will only be covered for faulty goods.

We regret that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene and legal reasons.
