Corbies are committed to customer satisfaction.

We will exchange or refund the cost of any product that fails to meet our customer's quality expectation. If you are not satisfied with your item, please email us within 7 days of receipt of your item at enquiries@corbies.co.uk. Please include your order number, e-mail address you used to order and reason for dissatisfaction. We will review your request and work with you to meet your expectations.

Please note that items returned must be sent in the condition that they were received, and where appropriate, in the original packaging. Items can either be exchanged for another piece to the same value or refunded in full.

For UK customers, please obtain a certificate of posting. We regret that postage and packing costs will only be covered for faulty goods.

We regret that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene and legal reasons.
